We offer a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 day from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags must be intact
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) is required
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We request all customers to carefully inspect the package at the time of delivery and during the initial opening.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incorrect product
You must report the issue within 2 hours of delivery by texting through whatspp 9347868687 then emailing support.shreevallari@gmail.com with:
- Clear photos of the package and product
- A continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package condition and showing the complete opening process
- Order details
Important:
- The unboxing video must clearly show the package in its original sealed condition before opening
- Claims reported without a proper unboxing video or after the package has been opened and handled may not be eligible for return or refund
This process is required to ensure fair verification and to prevent misuse.
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will arrange:
- Replacement, or
- Refund (based on product availability)

Once your return request is approved:

- Return shipping details will be shared
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or worn products
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Sale items and gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- You will be notified of the approval status
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7β10 business days to the original payment method
